Our office offers Juvederm products for our dermal fillers. Juvederm products are a collection of dermal fillers that temporarily add volume for different needs in the areas of the face. Dr. Angeletta L Brown performs the injections at the office twice a month on Tuesdays.

Kybella is deoxycholic acid. This procedure is a non-surgical treatment used to treat submental fullness under the chin. It permanently destroys fat cells. Dr. Angeletta L. Brown also performs this procedure in the office on the same dates as dermal fillers.

Kiki has been injecting Botox since 2009 under the direction of Dr. Angeletta L. Brown (plastic/cosmetic surgeon) until July 2022 when Dr Brown retired. She continues to offer her expertise in injecting Botox to her patients now under the direction of Dr. Rudy P. Briner (Neurosurgeon). Kiki reached Gold Status with Allergan in December 2022 after only 6 months full time at Precision Medical Aesthetics. Dr Rudy Briner also supervises David Gaskin, (CRNA, NSPM-C, CPT USAR) who injects Botox for migraines and TMJ, across the hall in suite 370. The office number for this is 979-703-1426.
Botox educational seminars are offered twice a month. 1:00 – 2:00 PM and 5:30 – 6:30 PM for working patients. The seminars are to educate individuals about Botox to include the dangers, benefits, muscles of the face and other important information to help you make a decision if Botox is right for you. Seminars are limited to space and you must register to attend.

A chemical peel is a cosmetic treatment that removes the top layer of your skin. This can help minimize wrinkles, dullness, mild hyperpigmentation and mild scarring. It may also help skin disorders like acne and rosacea. However, a chemical peel cannot treat moderate to deep wrinkles or deep scarring. It also won’t tighten loose skin or reverse sun damage. We use the ZO Skin Care 3 Step Peel that mainly consists of salicylic acid, trichloroacetic acid, lactic acid and retinol. Recovery time is approximately one week. This peel is done on the face.
30% Trichloroacetic Acid peels are offered for neck, chest and arms.

The Skin Pen or Micro Pen EVO are the ONLY FDA approved micro-needling devices. This is very important to know and consider when you receive any micro-needling. It works to remodel the skin by creating temporary microscopic channels in the skin. (Best explained as when you aerate a lawn, you are doing a similar job on your skin). This procedure activates your body’s natural skin -healing power to increase collagen and elastin. This treatment is especially good for the neck. There is rarely any down time and makeup can be worn two days following the treatment.

The Sciton laser is a laser designed to help with most wrinkles, texture, pore size and scarring, along with giving you a new healthier, smooth skin appearance. This procedure involves removing skin layers using precise energy levels. The post care varies depending on the depth. Aquaphor and steroid cream will be used days following the treatment.

The Aura laser is used to treat small superficial vessels, broken capillaries and cherry hemangiomas. It is most commonly used on the face, neck and chest. The laser gently coagulates and removes blood vessels from below the skin’s surface. There is usually minimum down time.

The Intense Pulsed Light laser utilizes high-intensity light to treat some of the visible damage caused by sun exposure. It is most commonly used on the face, neck, chest and hands.

The best skin care today is the ZO Health products. A consultation is done first to assess what products are best for you. There is a 30 minute video that is recommended to view at the office before your consultation, but is required once you decided to begin the skin care regime and products.
