Our Team
Kiki O’Shea, RN, BSN
Kiki O’Shea has been a registered nurse for over thirty years, and is certified in Texas, Louisiana, and Colorado. She has worked pediatrics and pediatric oncology in Denver, CO, and Tacoma, WA, and she worked as a nurse in urgent care in military hospitals across western Germany.
She moved to aesthetics and cosmetics in 2009 and continues to work with Dr. Angeletta Brown (plastic / cosmetic surgeon). O’Shea now also operates under the supervision of Rudy P. Briner, MD, out of Bryan-College Station, Texas.
Dr. Angeletta L. Brown
Graduating in plastic surgical and nonsurgical cosmetic surgery from UT Southwestern in 1982, Dr. Angeletta L. Brown moved to the Brazos Valley in 1992 and practiced here until July of 2022.
She retired from surgery at this time and currently works with Kiki performing dermal fillers and a few other cosmetic procedures to include Kybella®.
Jill Willmann, RN, BSN
Jill Willmann, RN was born and raised in the Brazos Valley. She is married to an Aggie and has two daughters. Jill is a graduate from Texas A&M University with a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and bachelor’s degree in nursing.
She has worked as a Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse (NICU) since 2013 beginning in Houston at Memorial Hermann, and then moved back to College Station in 2020 to join Baylor Scott and White. In addition to being a NICU nurse, Jill has trained extensively with Kiki O’Shea and is thrilled to be stepping into the Medical Aesthetics field alongside Kiki and team.
Cheryl Pate, APRN, WHNP-BC
Cheryl joined our aesthetics team from a 32-year career in women’ s health, having worked in labor & delivery and OB/GYN office settings. Serving as a labor & delivery charge nurse at Baylor Scott & White- College Station since June 2015, she received her basic and advanced Botox and filler certifications through AMET in 2025.
In addition to these certifications, Cheryl has been trained extensively by Kiki O’Shea and is excited to provide Botox injections to the patients of Precision Medical Aesthetics.
Cheryl is married with three children and three grandchildren. She and her husband, Rob, are both pilots and residents of the aviation community at Hilltop Lakes.
TraChell McDougal, LE
TraChell was raised in San Angelo, TX and then moved to College Station in 1993. After falling in love with College Station she decided to start a family and raised her son and daughter here.
In 2012, TraChell received her Esthetician license at Aveda Institute in the Woodlands.
She began her current career at Galleria Day Spa Salon & Boutique in 2014 and Precision Medical Aesthetics in 2022.
Along with her Esthetician license, she is certified and performs Dermaplaning, skin care, professional Chemical Peels, and Skin Pen (Microneedling).
